Shanghai Masters draw

A draw of 128 is single elimination: lose once and you are out, so the bracket halves every round until one player is left. 127 matches are played in total, and the four rounds shown above are the ones that decide the title.

The small number beside a name is the seeding, set from the rankings before play begins and used to keep the strongest players apart until the later rounds. A Q marks a player who came through qualifying the week before: they arrive with matches already played, which is why they are more dangerous in the early rounds than their ranking suggests. An empty slot means the match has not been played or the place has not been filled yet.

Set scores read left to right, in the order the sets were played. A small raised number after a set is the points the loser took in that set's tie-break, so 7⁶ means the set went to a tie-break and finished 8-6 or later. Names in bold won; names in grey lost.
